Newsletter signup

Newsletter signup is for grown-ups. With your explicit agreement, we store your email address, story or shop interest, consent version, signup date, and subscription status in Neon Postgres. The website encrypts email addresses before storage and uses an encrypted connection to Neon. Only the signed-in owner can view the subscriber list.

A salted hash limits repeated submissions. Raw connection addresses are not saved in the newsletter tables. Limit entries older than 24 hours are cleared on later submissions. We do not sell your email address.

Your choices

Welcome emails are delivered through Resend. To deliver a message, Resend processes the recipient email address and message content. Subscription records remain in Neon, including welcome email delivery status. Every welcome email includes a private unsubscribe link. Open that link and confirm to stop updates. Unsubscribed records are retained to prevent accidental re-enrollment; submitting the public form again will not reactivate them. For deletion requests, use the contact options on Brianna's about page.

Stories and listening

Story metadata and site settings are stored in Neon. Recordings and images use the existing media storage. External links to podcast hosts, shops, and Instagram connect you to those providers when selected. Their privacy practices apply there.

Children and family listening

We do not request children's names, birthdays, schools, photos, or recordings. There are no child profiles or story-upload forms.

This website is still in development. Owner contact details and retention periods must be finalized before public launch.
