The heart of Oddly Godly

A little odd.
A lot of heart.

Stories that make us laugh, bring us together,
and leave us with something good to think about.

HELLO, I’M BRIANNA.

I believe laughter
can bring us together.

I started Oddly Godly because I wanted to share humor that comes from a good place in the heart. The kind that invites us all to laugh together and feel good about it.

These are silly stories with higher meaning. They might make a kid giggle, give a grown-up something to think about, or start a conversation on the way home.

I believe in God, and I want my stories to point to Him. Whether faith is already part of your life or you’re still wondering about it, you’re welcome here. My hope is that these stories invite all of us to see a little more goodness in the everyday.

Some stories talk about God directly. Others let the meaning unfold in the adventure, then leave room to explore it together in the outro. There’s room for laughter and a deeper thought in the same story.

Come listen along

Kind humor

Unexpected adventures and shared laughter. Humor that brings people in and leaves them feeling good.

A Christian heart

My faith in Jesus Christ is the heart behind the stories. It shapes the goodness in the creation of each one.

Room to wonder

Stories that bring imagination and wonder into a child’s life are stories worth listening to.

A word from the storyteller

My stories often start with the most random thoughts I have throughout the day: What if my bread were alive? What if birds had ears like humans? Noticing the world around me, especially through a child’s eyes, brings inspiration as well.

When an idea hits, I get so excited to turn it into a story and share it with you all. It’s like waiting for cookies to come out of the oven. Thank you for eating my cookies! Wait, I mean—thank you for listening to my stories. It means a lot.
